10-03-08 66952 arrived into Platform 1 on the 9th March 2008 working light engine from Westbury after use on weekend engineering works. The loco stabled in Platform 1 on the Sunday afternoon and stayed most of Monday before heading back to Westbury in order to haul the 6C17 Westbury Cement - Moorswater.Previous | Next12-02-08 After the failure of 37606 on the Network Rail Test Train at Exeter, 37038 & 37612 were sent South to help out. 37612 replaced 37606 on the Network Rail Test Train, while 37038 hauled 37606 back North. 37038&606 then recessed in Platform 1 at Taunton for one night before heading back to Crewe next morning. By this point 37606 had been fixed which makes you wonder .....was it all worth it?!?!.....At Taunton Trains we think YES!
